The most popular attraction in Redding is the Sundial Bridge; it’s our Eiffel Tower and Pyramids combined. Many thousands of people visit the Sundial Bridge annually for good reasons. It’s a beautiful pedestrian bridge in a stunning location, with great views, spanning the Sacramento River, with Turtle Bay on one river bank and the Sacramento River Trail on the other. You can easily spend a couple of hours here, and best of all, it’s free. And so is the parking.
